Community Guidelines

Kreiso works because people show up as themselves and treat each other well. These guidelines are the short version of what that means. They form part of our Terms — breaking them can cost you your place in the community.

Be real

Use your real first name and a recent photo that actually shows your face.
One account per person. Don't impersonate anyone or pretend to be someone you're not.
You need to be at least 16 to use Kreiso. Some events are 18+ — that's shown on the event.

Be kind

Treat other members and venue staff the way you'd want to be treated.
No harassment, bullying, hate speech, or discrimination based on who someone is — origin, religion, gender, sexuality, disability, or anything else.
No unwanted sexual attention. "No" is a complete sentence, online and in person.

Look out for each other

Meeting new people is the whole point — do it sensibly. Public places, your own way there and back, your own call on how much to share.
Never threaten or harm anyone. Violence, stalking, and intimidation get you removed immediately, and reported to the authorities where the law requires.
If someone makes you or the group uncomfortable, tell us at support@kreiso.app. We'd always rather hear it.

Remember: most Kreiso meetups are organised by the group itself, not by us. We introduce you — how you meet is in your hands, so look after yourselves and each other.

Show up

When you commit to a meetup, the group is counting on you. Come, or cancel as early as you can so someone else can take the spot.
Repeated no-shows affect everyone else's evening. They can cost you future invitations.

Keep it non-commercial

Kreiso is for meeting people, not for selling to them. No spam, no promotions, no recruiting, no soliciting other members.

Nothing illegal or harmful

No illegal drugs, weapons, or trade in either.
No extremist content, no graphic violence, nothing sexual involving minors — ever.
Nothing that breaks the law, full stop.

If you break these

Depending on what happened, we may give you a heads-up, remove content, restrict your account, or remove you from Kreiso. Serious things — anything touching safety — mean immediate removal. If we remove you from a paid event for breaking these guidelines, the ticket is not refunded.

Report something

See or experience something that breaks these guidelines? Email support@kreiso.app — tell us what happened and where. Reports are read by a person, and you can ask to stay anonymous to the people involved.
